Questions about the pack
Is it a subscription?
No. It's a one-off £29.99 payment with no renewal.
Does it cover more than one tenancy?
No. The pack covers one tenancy's evidence and dispute. A new tenancy needs a new pack.
Who does it cover?
The buyer and every linked account. A guarantor can buy it for their renter.
Can I upload older photos?
Yes. You can upload photos taken earlier, but the date and time shown on each photo in your exports is when it was uploaded to RenterReady — our server sets it and it can't be edited or backdated.
Is it insurance?
No. It gives you evidence exports and guidance. It isn't insurance or a deposit scheme and can't guarantee a dispute outcome.
What if I change my mind?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days for reasonable requests. Contact us with your purchase details.
