What can I use without buying a pack?
Create a shortlist, score viewings, estimate shared bills and send a no-login comparison link. You can record evidence; PDF exports and pack downloads require pack access.
Is the pack a subscription?
No. The base price is £29.99 as a one-off purchase, with local prices for supported countries. There is no monthly or annual renewal.
Does the pack insure or legally protect my deposit?
No. It provides evidence exports and information tools. It is not insurance or a tenancy deposit scheme, and it cannot guarantee the outcome of a dispute.
Can my guarantor buy it for me?
Yes. The buyer and linked accounts have access. If accounts are unlinked, only the buyer keeps access through that purchase.
Does a parent need to sign in to see my shortlist?
No, an active share link can be opened without an account. Account linking, purchases and paid tools require an account. Only send share links to people you trust.
How do I link a guarantor?
Give your renter reference to your guarantor. They can enter it during account creation or afterwards. Linking gives access to your houses; either party can remove the link.
Can I ask for a refund?
The pack has a 30-day refund guarantee. Contact us with your purchase details. Full refunds and chargebacks remove pack access; partial refunds do not.
Can I use the phone app offline?
You can add RenterReady to your phone’s home screen, but you still need an internet connection.
